Terrible customer service we brought some metal in Thursday and were told it'd be finished by 1pm the next day so that's what we told our customer and didn't get the finished product till 5 days later. Not only did they have us look like liars to 9ur customer but they changed the price when we finally got there to pick up our product. After waiting almost a week we couldn't walk away so we had to pay their outrageous prices, and we supplied the metal to begin with. Never answered my email, they did answer and promptly had the material ready I requested. They have no sign and are jammed between two other business, so a bit hard to locate.
