If I could say anything it would be RUN!!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE! In July 2024 they installed a HVAC unit to a new home construction at the request of our contractor. Within a week unit was leaking inside the home. After 6 attempts and 90 days later to correct the problem, it was still leaking. $40k in damage to a brand new home that we lived in less than 90 days! Always an almost immediate response from G&S.
Our AC wouldn't run so we called G&S. They came within a couple of hours, found the problem and fixed it quickly with a replacement part. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Called to get serviced, they show up unannounced instead of scheduling an appointment then don’t honor their work. They claimed they fixed a leak but one month later still leaking. Called to see about warranty and they said they would not cover it due to time frame. But there was absolutely no communication from service guy on what to do if problem was not fixed and absolutely no direction. I called to make an appointment on Wed 7/12. After being “set up” in the system, was told a technician would come on Mon or Tues (“early next week” on the 17th or 18th.) Naturally I never heard anything from anyone, therefore I called on Wed 7/19 and after apologies, was told it would be Thurs or Fri instead.
