We have been using G&S Logistics for over 5 years. We have found them to be very helpful and responsive with the lowest mispick rate of the three 3PL's we currently use. Value for money and quality of service is also the best we have experienced so far (we tried a couple of other 3PL's in Sydney before switching to G&S).
These guys are not good to deal with. Their attention to detail is terrible, their stock counts are wrong and the warehouse is dirty. They overcharge and do not return calls to discuss financial queries. We have left several messages to contact the owner. We were charged for 13 pallets for months when we had 3 and they can give no explanation. They also gave us the incorrect stock count.
