I went here 2 times total and 1 time for my daughter. I later receive statements from my insurance all dated for 8/27/21 with multiple charges adding up to $810. The other being a whopping $10,530.00! So $11,340 total is what they sent to my insurance from ONE DAY OF TESTING. That is insane. Literally just 1 person, myself got tested for covid that day. Went for PCR tests 12/19. Still don’t have results 3weeks later? Signing up a whole family was not an easy process- part of the issue might be website isn’t designed for linking a whole family’s info.?

I just sat on hold for 36 minutes to be told by an automated message that they could not answer my call and dumped me in to their voicemail. I’m wondering why they didn’t give that option at first?
