Great staff, very friendly and explain the whole process
I was supposed to have my test results for COVID-19 in 20 minutes. It took over 12 hours. I was stressed on the morning of my flight thinking there must be some issue. I tried calling and their offices didn’t open until 9 AM for phone service. My flight was at 11 AM so I couldn’t take a chance. I went to the airport and got a $99 test in five minutes. Staff was friendly very quick and got results very fast!
I received a prompt and friendly greeting by the gentleman who checked me in (name unknown). My nurse, Ugasa, answered my questions, asked about my day, and she explained how I could access my PCR results if I I had difficulty doing so. Thank you for al that you do!
