I signed up somewhat hesitantly, since there are some bad reviews on here, but I had a very good experience? I signed up, arrived 5 minutes early. They checked me in within like 30 seconds of arrival, and then I got the bottom of my brain scraped (haha) (this is a joke) right on time or maybe 1-2 minutes after my official appointment time.
