DON NOT go to this testing site. I double checked my plan and per their website it said premera was covered. I have received several explanation of benefits stating that I owe them hundreds of dollars. And it took them over 9 months to bill my insurance, so I had no idea it wasn’t covered. Extremely disappointed with this facility and highly recommend going somewhere else. And to top things off for all of the money they are going to charge me I never received my PCR results.
