I have been going to Gena for 20 years. She is the best. I am always getting complemented on my color and cut. She is very knowledgeable and professional.
I recently had a disappointing experience with this place and I feel compelled to share. The customer service was exceptionally poor; I encountered a representative who not only had a bad attitude but also seemed uninterested in doing any business. In fact, they lied about a specific service. Despite their claims about the services offered, I found that they were misleading and didn't deliver on what was promised. I have been going to Gena for years..and she's been doing my color for almost 10 years now - Gena is knowledgeable in all the services she provides - and works with you to get the end result that you're looking for. She is also a kind, friendly person! Her salon is clean and organized and you are always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend G's Hair Studio!
