I also had a great experience with their tech support team who provided me with timely and effective support whenever I needed it.
Excellent service! I've been on the hunt for someone to update my camera and doorbell as the system was not running smoothly. After having 2 other firms come to the site and work on the system I was still having trouble until I called GS Global. They managed to address all of my concerns (remotely) and were not the original installation company. I would recommend them to everyone as they are my go-to security company moving forward.
I recently started using GS Global Security as my camera supplier. They have all the types of cameras I need, and their team is very quick to respond. When I had an issue setting up an NVR, their tech support team was able to resolve my issue in under 30 minutes. So far I haven’t had any negative experiences and I will continue to use them as my CCTV supplier.
I don't write many reviews, unless you're really good, or really bad. The tech support at GS was exceptionally good. They took the time to fully understand my oddball requirements, did mockups and testing, and remote support to make it all happen. It's great to see Tech support that doesn't end at "the approved manual" or at their keyboard.
