Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor in my life and I've worked with several. Typically you pay a deposit when you agree to the work, but this guy insisted on the entire amount up front. I didn't know this guy and certainly didn't trust him paying up front. So I paid more than half. He never came when he said he would. Countless flaking after another. This guy offered you a very good deal to attract you to make business with him. After the actual measurement, he raised the price for replacing 2 window panes from $400 to $755. His excuse was he cannot order the window pane from the supplier he knew and need to order from other supplier, he need to claim to the second floor which will be dangerous to him etc. Do not do business with him, he is a liar.
Fast service. Highly recommended.
