I dropped off an item to be dry cleaned that a kitten had peed on. When I opened the dry cleaning bag later it smelled worse than before and was damp. I don't think they ever did anything and just put it in the bag- maybe by mistake BUT they were rude and refused to correct the mistake by refunding or re-cleaning it! I would NEVER go there again!
