We recently visited the QVB to be sized and to choose our wedding bands after having such a great experience with our engagement ring with Jane in the Brisbane showroom. Grace C. was incredibly helpful and guided us through our final choices — we can’t thank them both enough for the outstanding customer service.
We were told our engagement ring would take around six weeks, but after a few weeks they suddenly said production hadn’t even started and now it will take another 6–8 weeks. We won’t even be in the country by then. Customer service never answers the phone and communication has been awful. For something that costs nearly $4,000, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend.
I am absolutely in love with my engagement ring!! It looks even better than we expected! Thank you so much to Crystal who made this such a memorable experience. She was so kind, bubbly and helpful, and I can’t wait to see her again for our wedding bands ❤️
