Too Quick . Timed the works service. It was about 15mins. Left many places to vaccum. For a cheap deal maybe will come back but if your car is very dirty, ur job won't be done. Pics included for not so good job. Tire shine ain't good either. Appreciated they cleaned the salt on one side of the seat.
They raised the prices, and the work quality has gone down.. i had to ask them about the inside of my car a few times...about why there were certain spots missed. The vents weren't touched, the rear mat is still dirty. Go somewhere else.. these guys are getting shittier They used to be great and a go to for myself.. but now? I tell people dont bother. Second time I had to ask them about why there there were spots missed inside the car. Doesn't make sense. Your providing a service.. do it properly.
This is the second time I bring a car. Once I brought my daughter's car I had to go back again. Talk to the manager to clean it properly today at 6:30. Almost I finished my wife's car. Same issue I had to tell Lamar to clean came out. Smudged not cleaned properly from outside. I don't know what's going on. Everybody say they're good and I see customer excited and happy to go there to wash their cars. But then when I go there I don't get the proper treatment or the proper service. Just paid $67 including tax for a”premium” car wash. Very disappointed in the results, vacuum job was terrible, wiping missed many lower areas, a total waste of my time and money. Won’t be back.
