Gryphon Strength Barbell has been getting people strong since we were established in 2015. We founded our gym to be a second home for all of our athletes. I lift here in the youth program and it is the exceptional the coach’s are nice the kids are nice and the equipment is great! It definitely deserves 5 stars.
Best weightlifting team in New York State. Fantastic coaches, best bathrooms on this side of the Hudson Valley. Already made yuge improvements and won't stop til we've won it all.
I dropped in from out of town - great spot to train. Owner/Coach was very responsive and everyone at the club very welcoming. High quality bars, plates, platforms and other various equipment. Also the cleanest gym you’ll ever come across. Highly recommend!
Amazing gym. They properly teach kids how to lift weights and have fun.
Phenomenal location, fully invested coaches, and extensive lifting equipment for accessory work. Owners are wonderful with ongoing communication in programming when done virtually and available regularly to consult. Ongoing connectivity with athletes and supportive of self-directed and team-based goals.
