We had a large 5m Ali composite Matt black garage door fitted in 2023 order thru Chris . Chris service was excellent and professional. We were recently advised that our door should have been fitted with 2 brackets on each side off the rail, however only 1 bracket was fitted. I contacted Chris and he organised another 2 brackets to be fitted at no cost to me. Well done gryphon doors!
Worst company to deal with! First technician came out and said he would organise a quote for the part to be replaced. No quote. I called the company, said another technician would come out. This technician calls without coming & says they don’t do that work! My advice is don’t buy a Gryphon garage door!
Gryphon Doors provided excellent service 5 years ago when we purchased our new garage door, and today when we required a service and cable replacement due to coastal wear and tear, they sent a technician prompltly, and he did the job quickly and efficiently. We recommend this company and their products and staff. Thanks everyone, especially Paul.
Great service, really friendly and professional staff and did a great job servicing/repairing a garage door with a little user mishap. He made our noisy and (literally) bent out of shape door back to whisper quiet. Thank you!
