Had a great experience with the team. The job was completed ahead of the promised time frame, good communication throughout the process, and the installers took pride in their work, keeping the site nice and clean.
We ordered our door months ago and it has been ready for three weeks now. we tried to get this installed as our current door is broken we have been calling daily with the promise of a return call .this never happens they have told us now they only have 2 installers and are not returning calls at all. We have now got our own installer who can install this in few days however they are not responding to our request or taking the call. Be Warned!

My garage door hinges broke late at night and the next morning reached out to the team at Gryphon for an urgent replacement as it was our only lane access spot to park car and access rear of the house. They had a team (Brendon and Rachel) out in 3 hours who fixed the hinges, supplied spares and did a full inspection and service for a reasonable price. They provided a speedy, professional and honest service. Would gladly recommend anyone needing a local installer or repair service company
