These guys are Rock solid! I got a probe heat cas message on Thursday night at 7:00 a.m. Friday morning Glen said get it down to me. Of course it was none of the typical easy fixes but they kept on it and found the problem. Got it repaired and got us turned within a matter of hours! Knowledgeable, helpful and has a great team! Highly recommend!
Exceptional service. Professional communication. Fair rates. We manage several aircraft, ranging from turbine to piston, and have had nothing but a positive experience with the Gryphon team. Gryphon service center went above and beyond today and opened their shop on their day off to help me get my cirrus back up in the air. Glen and his team with Chris and Carl helped expedite repairs and made the process seamless. Great cirrus factory service center and customer service. I appreciate their knowledgeable staff and willingness to help.
