I called a little after 8 this morning, Nick was here about 10:30 and the AC works now at 1:30. Thank goodness, the heat has been so bad. Excellent customer service. Will be using Gruter for maintenence.
I like to shop local and Gruyer qualified. They put on shoe covers to protect my carpet. Then,the repair went smoothly. The new thermostat works and now cool has returned this household. They pay attention to detail.
I called Gruter for an ‘emergency’ after I expected the worst with my A/C unit in the middle of the hottest week thus far of this year. They were able to come out the same day, and quickly check to see what was the issue. After a quick fix and clean of the A/C unit, my house was back in working order and I just needed to wait for the house to cool down. The Gruter team have been incredible to work with. They are extremely professional and we are very fortunate to have found them. We recently had them clean and prep our A/C units for warmer weather and Nick was extremely thorough. The whole team is fantastic and they clearly explain everything they are doing. Highly recommend the Gruter team!
