I like to shop local and Gruyer qualified. They put on shoe covers to protect my carpet. Then,the repair went smoothly. The new thermostat works and now cool has returned this household. They pay attention to detail.
I called Gruter for an ‘emergency’ after I expected the worst with my A/C unit in the middle of the hottest week thus far of this year. They were able to come out the same day, and quickly check to see what was the issue. After a quick fix and clean of the A/C unit, my house was back in working order and I just needed to wait for the house to cool down. The Gruter team have been incredible to work with. They are extremely professional and we are very fortunate to have found them. We recently had them clean and prep our A/C units for warmer weather and Nick was extremely thorough. The whole team is fantastic and they clearly explain everything they are doing. Family owned business with many years of experience. They treat you right, and make sure you get a quality job completed every time. You won’t go wrong with them for your HVAC needs.
The guys did a wonderful job getting our heating system back up and running. They were quick to get here, courteous, cleaned up perfectly after the work was completed, and even wore shoe mittens when they were in the house. They assessed the problem quickly and made the corrective actions to get the heat flowing again. Great job!
