Visited Grusecki Audiology with a sudden hearing aide issue one day before leaving on vacation. I was greeted by the Grusecki Team who checked the hearing aides, found and resolved my problem in less than 10 minutes and all is well. They always offer very friendly and professional service.

A big thanks to Theresa Foster at Grusecki Audiology. I walked in cold off the street because my hearing aids had stopped pairing, thus I couldn't change setting between normal conversation and a load restaurant for example. I had no appointmnent, just a need. Most audiologists would turn you away, tell you to make an appointmnent 4 weeks in advance, but Theresa Foster said, "that fix willl onl take a second," and invited me into her office 3 or 4 minutes later she had found the problem (junk behind the rocker switch), but h... read more
