Had wisdom teeth removed, choose the IV SEDATION option but was aware and awake the whole time , when I asked for more they slapped freezing on my teeth . Absolutely atrocious work, they gave no reason as to why I couldn’t have more sedative . I’m gonna be honest, just go to any other dentist, don’t drink the koolaid and be fooled by the nice interior , the upstairs is full of amateurs
Not a fan of Grundy Dental (Dawson). Was a former patient but not any more. Do yourself a favour and choose another dentist. They seemed good at first but then started doing work beyond what my benefits covered and did not notify me of this until right after the work was completed. Imagine finding out you owe hundreds of dollars for fillings that could have been taken care of through benefits at a later date. My son went to this office with a toothache due to old filling. He has no coverage or benefits so I said make sure you mention this during your appointment. He was there a short time with no xray etc for them to tell him he needed a new filling. They did not fix his tooth but told him to arrange an appointment and charged him 250.00 for NOTHING. What a disgusting and over paid profession. You should as a business be very ashamed.
