I am a US citizen and currently residing overseas in Montenegro. I purchased a Scala 2 pump from an authorized dealer and used their recommended installer. The pump never worked as expected and didnt provide the set pressure setting. I contacted the store where i purchased the pump and they sent their tech to look at it. I was then told that the diameter of the pipes used were not large enough for proper function of the pump and that i should replace them with larger diameter.
