I'd give Grunau 100 stars if I could. I had a sprinkler valve give out in one of my office buildings on a Saturday. Our contracted sprinkler company (not Grunau) was giving me the run around and still hadn't found a solution as of the end of the day Tuesday. I called Grunau at 6:30 PM on Tuesday evening and left a message, because their name happened to be embossed on the valve. I figured MAYBE they could help. Brian called me 7:30 AM on Wednesday.
