Furnace was turning on/off oddly. They came out, checked it all out and found that a small piece of foam had come loose, causing the sensors to improperly kick on. Simple fix, straightforward and forthright. Great experience.

We found Grumpy's HVAC through a colleague of ours. We reached out to David since our AC was not functioning as expected. David was able to accomodate our schedules and was super responsive with text/call. After the initial inspection, he mentioned to us that the entire unit would have to be replaced since it was almost 25 years old and the compressor was busted. Our heater stopped providing us with hot air in the middle of the night and my family and I woke up to a freezing house. I called Grumpy's and David showed up within 2 hours and then diagnosed the issue with the unit quickly. He provided us with a quote and once we agreed, he got right to work. He found a new unit and told us he would have it installed by that night so that my family was able to have heat!
