Here’s the deal folks you can read this review or don’t it’s up to you (But I WOULD). When calling Grumpy’s I spoke with the most wonderful person, Stacy ( I apologize if I spelled it wrong). I called last week to get a few questions answered about getting my front suspension replaced, She answered my questions, double checked with Tommy and boom once we were both satisfied with price and and all I scheduled. Awesome shop. No BS diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes didn't charge for it. Ordered the parts and installed them the same day! Great folks!!

Giving a 3 star review because I will say that the customer service was great. Everone was polite when I talked to them but after getting the opinions of others that knoe a lot about cars as well as the second opinion from another shop, I am disappointed that they didn't look further into my cars motor to determine the motor was bad before doing a head gasket job that cost me over 1k and then told me the whole motor was shot and I needed it replaced for an extra 5k on top of the 1k. Awesome service and extremely nice people! Had a problem suddenly with my Rogue yesterday evening and after receiving several recommendations for Grumpy's Garage, I decided to check them out (normally I use only Nissan dealership). As I drove up, I was meet with kindness. After having tech look at vehicle, they were able to make needed repairs, the price was very economical and not long, I was on my way. I would highly recommend rhis family owned business to anyone!
