Giving a 3 star review because I will say that the customer service was great. Everone was polite when I talked to them but after getting the opinions of others that knoe a lot about cars as well as the second opinion from another shop, I am disappointed that they didn't look further into my cars motor to determine the motor was bad before doing a head gasket job that cost me over 1k and then told me the whole motor was shot and I needed it replaced for an extra 5k on top of the 1k. Good afternoon! I do not like giving poor reviews, but this is unacceptable. I have never gotten any update or call back about my car being ready from the shop and we have been waiting many weeks to get a least a time frame on it. They fail to give proper updates and it’s just been poor communication. Please do better. Youre service has been great, but bad communication with your customers.

Had to have work done on my truck because the check engine light came on. HONEST place and extremely friendly!!! I try to support local every chance I can and Grumpy's Garage has my business from now on!! I was there 4 times in 2 weeks (at no fault of Grumpys) and they fixed everything I need and in a very timely manner. If you need any work done I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed. They tell you the truth and don't lie about what needs to be fixed!
