We are looking forward to a wonderful thanksgiving dinner with turkey, mashed potatoes, yams, cranberries and pumpkin pie....love the place.
Went here for lunch on busy weekend. Waited forever for a waitress to finally show. When we asked to see the MGR, the female waitress told us she was the MGR. She informed us that everyone waits a long time for the service here and to just relax. (15 minutes is a long time to see no one after sitting down.) Just terrible customer service. Now I know why they call it Grumpy's.
