Very friendly staff and SUPER Clean. Helpful with everything we needed
My boyfriend was unwell yesterday and needed to be seen quickly. I took him to this clinic because it was close, it excepted walk-ins, and I thought it said it had a 4 star review. Well, I was wrong. In my haste I got the number of reviews, which was 4, and the 1.5 rating mixed up. I was very surprised that when I got there and asked for help they refused us service because it was a Telehealth day even after explaining that my boyfriend was outside laying on the ground and couldn’t get up. Office staff are sure busy but customer service and overall awareness is really bad. You can oversee first time elderly people come in confused on sign in process and good luck getting help or info from front desk. Besides that I had bloodwork done for first Time visit. The follow up takes Place over the phone going over results. You get a confirmation and then supposed to be doctor on next. I instead got a confused woman asking me what my issue is and what’s going on? My call was supposed to be at 10:30 and it’s almost one ... read more
Worst. Place. Ever. Spent $75 just to get my height, my weight and my blood pressure. I went in for a shot they told me they had OVER THE PHONE WHICH THEY CONFIRMED THEY HAD! After an hour waiting, they told me they didn’t carry the shot.
