It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone from this office. I have called several times both for an appointment as well as for some documents I need. I am here on a Tuesday morning at 10:20am, the office appears to be open yet both doors are locked. In one occasion that I was able to get someone on the phone I asked them how come it took them two days to get back to me her answer was “we were busy”. This has to be the most dysfunctional medical office in NJ. It has always been impossible to get information or appointments on the phone or in person. After years of being dissatisfied, we tried to get our medical records so we can leave the practice, but even THAT process has been met with incompetence and inefficiency. Stay away. If you're already a patient, leave now before you need your records transferred with any urgency.
