They shorted me Xanax and then said they didn’t. Was suppose to get 15 only got 7 told me told me cause quantity was circled it was checked twice but all I know is I’m shorted anxiety medication that I need and that last persons hands it was in was the blonde girl who slammed my bag at the counter during check out. it sucks there are ppl who will take medication from ppl who need it. Don’t trust I will now always count my meds before leaving.

For over a year, I have had nothing but poor service at both locations. From having them fill my prescriptions at the Gruene location when I and my doctors office both clearly said Hunter's Village. Then being made out to be the bad guy when I voiced why it was out of my way to go to Gruene, and they (Andrew) will not transfer the scrip or the medications to Hunter's Village. And now they compounded my prescription incorrectly, and they (Mike) will only remake 2 months instead of 3 like I paid $100 for. Now I will be short o... read more
I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. Texts when prescriptions are ready. The staff here at Gruene Road Pharmacy Hunters Village are so friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, they have no problem taking care of the question and if a request about prescription changes. So glad I changed to them.
