Been there a few times and love this dealership..but what I witnessed first hand, I have to speak on. I attended an event there last night and saw the manager (with long grey hair) belittle and demean the motorclothes girl in front of every as she snatched the mileage validator from her. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for us that saw. The poor girl was almost in tears.

I have been shopping around for a while now. Visited several HD dealerships. It was Javelina HD that earned my respect. Professional and highly recommended. Chris made the experience pleasant and trustworthy. All my questions were answered. Very knowledgeable staff. The entire Javelina family made this an excellent experience. Thank you

I was on a trip thru there during the Bandera bike rally and on my way noticed my headlight on my roadglide one side was not on. Shut off bike got gas light back on light would just go out at different times. I called this dealership and said I was coming thru and asked if they had a light for my 22 roadglide they said yes would be about an hour to to change it out. When I got there they got my bike In and 2 hours later said they could not make it fail and anyway if they could they did not have one to put in my bike. I spent... read more
