Had my today 8/6/2025 at the Ft. Thomas office with Kacie. She was knowledgeable, professional, gentle during my transition to my next phrase and answering my questions. Sara and Dr. Dempsey were great to work with. They discussed the whole process with myself and my son for his braces journey and eased his anxiousness. Sara had all of our information for insurance and billing prepared for us at the appointment, so there wouldn't be any extra phone calls or stress for us. I am truly grateful she went the extra mile to have all the information for us. My son is excited for his braces journey and we are happy to have Dr. Dempsey and Sara assisting us the whole way!
After seeing an encouraging update about underbites on social media, I contacted the office and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they accommodated my child. Sara, the office coordinator, efficiently scheduled the first phase within the same month. Dr. Dempsey was incredibly gentle and took the time to address all our questions with care. So far, the communication throughout this ortho journey has been fantastic, and I couldn't be happier!
