It seems I'm not the only victim of this shop's prowess. I ordered the items that I desperately needed for a trip, and in the order, they stated that it would take 1-2 business days to process and 4-7 business days to ship. so I ordered ahead of time, and now it's been almost 3 weeks, There has been no response to any email regarding order status, and no phone answers. I'm trying to process a cancelation that, reading other reviews, looks like I'll be charged for regardless. So Disappointing.
Horrible company don't answer phone calls or emails. Take their money and run. I ordered back in July. It's now almost October and still haven't received a refund. Or the product do not trust these people do not use these people, they will rip you off.
They are awful. Ive emailed and called with no response to either. I canceled order because I got what I wanted somewhere else because they never got back to me about my order. By the way, they still havent refunded me. DONT USE THEM.
Doesnt ship order or respond to any messages. They just take your money and never respond back or ship product. Heard its common from them
No customer service here. After a full month I still havent received my refund, they leave all my messages on open or seen, they have blocked my personal profile from viewing their ******** *********
