Grubhub, my orders have been delivered to the wrong address 5 times in a row. The drivers are consistently unable to read basic address numbers/letters, yet I am the one being treated with suspicion by your support team. I was given a GrubHub gift card as a gift. I have (had) a GubHub account so I logged in and applied the amount to my account. I received a notice that the amount had been applied. I checked the balance on the card and it was now zero. ($0) Satisfied, I threw the card away and then, several days later, decided that a nice dinner at home would be a break from a long work week. Does the company allows delivery driver to use google voice number that neans company has no due diligence of their verifying their employees delivering to customers. I hope grubhub team has the data/verification of all the drivers who on-boarded by your company till date. I will give zero if I could I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Grubhub this weekend. I recently had surgery and have been relying on food delivery because I am unable to drive right now. Unfortunately, my experience has been one problem after another.
