The rules enforced by this pool service company are unnecessarily strict and frustrating for families. Parents must be in the water—within arm’s reach of their children—even if the child can stand safely in the shallow end and is being actively supervised. This rule is enforced even at our small neighborhood pool, which has two lifeguards on duty. Grube's saved the day...the season..when our Pool Company never prepared our developments pool for its opening! Grubes was quick to respond to our dilemma ..would highly recommend!!
As a resident of Weatherstone in Chester Springs, PA - WE THANK YOU. Our previously-contracted pool company left our community high and dry when they didn't prepare or open our pool for the 2024 season. Our Property Manager and HOA reached out to Grubes' Pool Service and they were able to step right in (on very short notice) to get the pool open. The pool looks great! GO WITH GRUBES'!
Their lifeguards have outstanding service and are always so kind. They are helpful whenever a question arises. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences!!
