The landlords are very caring and put sincere efforts into making sure that the tenants have a pleasant living experience. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a great quality of housing life!
I lived a 507 Hill for two years and had a good experience. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and generally quiet. The Grubers are great landlords and aren't out to screw you. I'd rent here again if I ever were to return to Ann Arbor

I really enjoyed living at their Tappan location. I lived there for two years. I found the management team responsive and you can tell they take care of their properties. I saw them in the area at least a few times a week doing upkeep on the property. I think the size of the apartment is great for the price and location. Also all the appliances were full size which is not a guarantee for apartments. They are very fair with returning deposits.
