Very bad experience. Unauthorized procedures combined with notlistening to my requests and being egotistical and arrogant/rude.

Every part of my experience with Dr. Grubbs and his staff was excellent ~ from the initial consultation, through all pre and post op appointments, and, of course, the surgery itself. I highly recommend this medical practice.
Rude. Super rude.
Firstly before leaving a review make sure it’s the right “Dr Grubbs”! There are 2 in Virginia!! This Dr Grubbs, Tina, the nurses and the support staff have been wonderful and patient with me through my journey as I recover from a facelift and laser resurfacing. All my needs were met and some. I am only 4 weeks out so they continue to walk me through the healing phases with tips, facts and encouragement. I am already getting double takes when I tell people my age!! Dr Grubbs is a true artist.
My mother was a patient of Dr. Grubbs, she died two days after he performed elective cosmetic surgery. I have NO evidence of any causality. I am dismayed, however, that Dr. Grubbs called my parent's house within 90 minutes of my father's call to EMS, police, and the police call to the country coroner. I answered the phone. Dr. Grubbs offered his condolences and then immediately asked me where my mother's meds were located? He asked me to gather them and bring them to his office. That bothers me.
Knowledgeable and kind provider, excellent “bedside” manner. Great office staff.
