I had an absolutely amazing experience at Grubbs INFINITI in Grapevine, Texas! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel warm and welcome. Purchased my Certified pre-owned QX30 from Grubbs a few years ago, Ive always been impressed with their service! The service is fine but the wait time of over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment scheduled is ridiculous. Do better please!
I came in for an oil change. They took me right away, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and provided me with the knowledge I needed to keep my vehicle running smoothly. Great customer service. Prompt and knowledgeable! If you have an Infiniti I recommend you get your vehicle serviced here!
