The service is fine but the wait time of over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment scheduled is ridiculous. Do better please!
I came in for an oil change. They took me right away, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and provided me with the knowledge I needed to keep my vehicle running smoothly. Great customer service. Prompt and knowledgeable! If you have an Infiniti I recommend you get your vehicle serviced here!
Customer service at this dealership was really poor today. I had to wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, although the lady after me was acknowledged and assisted immediately. I had a scheduled appointment, and was told two hours wait. After asking several questions regarding my appointment and wait time, Jade was irritated that I had questions and had a very nasty attitude. I requested to speak with a manager.
