A young man named Emmanuel assisted me and when I say this young man was helpful and patient with all of my questions, its an understatement. By far the best experience I've had with any dealership I've ever done business with. When I buy another infiniti (specifically for my wife) I'll be coming back to this dealership and asking for Emmanuel again. Kudos to Grubbs dealership as a whole for the friendly and welcoming staff as well.
