They sent you the discount coupons in the mail for Oil change and that is the only reason I go here. But then they add on additional 'Fees' unto your bill which they never disclose. On top of that 3% fees if you want to pay by credit card. You are such a big dealership and you are trying to pass the credit card fees on to the customer. Ridiculous. What a rip off!!

I went to bring my car in for service here and no one was there to assist me no one offered to assist me I went at 4Pm, I asked some of the employees they said you'd need to speak with an advisors I asked any on duty he told me they were busy, rediuclous.
I was planning on buying a used car and ended up grabbing my first ever brand new Car! Thank you Ocean and Rafi for making my day!! Excellent service and smooth buying process! Will buy again. Thank you!
