The pre-owned sales department was extremely unprofessional and dishonest. My experience with Adam and Christopher was very disappointing — they were rude, misleading, and not transparent. I do not recommend this location at all.

Today was my first time buying a car and Adolfo made the process trusting, quick, and simple! The facilities are pristine but the people that work here make it worth the adventure. Adolfo took me through each step and was clear in his explanations. I can’t wait to drive off the lot today! 10/10 service
Unfortunately, stereotypical used card sales experience: - pleasant/flattery - will ignore questions about additional fees not disclosed on the website (there are significant additional fees) - the add-on fees they charge not shown online are not charged at all dealerships as they claimed - will push for you to come in person at every step instead of addressing questions - will finally reluctantly admit (after allowing the conversation to continue) that the car advertised that there is specific interest in is actually not av... read more
