I will never use them again if I'm broke down on the side of the road. They towed our car home after our insurance paid for the tow upon arrival they tried to get us to pay them again. When we refused to do so they took our car to their yard kept it for two more days and when our insurance company called them demanding they bring it back and drop it off they then tried to also charge us for two days storage fee. Took a while to get there, may have been busy but everything else went great.
i was locked out of my car and the owner was very kind, helpful, and quick (and quickly responding) great service overall!
Save yourself a lot of money and stress by going anywhere else. The only reason this place is still in business is because no one has taken them to court yet.
So 4 hours later my truck is sliding off the flat bed over a cliff. After the tow truck driver was stuck for 3 hours nowhere even near my truck. No reason for him to be in the location. Have pictures and videos of everything. U broke my truck. Wasted 4 plus hours I mean it's cold as heck and they are still out there and tis driver it's obviously his first day. The video makes me wanna vomit. And I'm supposed to have faith he is gonna get my man home safely. U can't even get my truck on the tow truck safely. I refuse to pay f... read more
