OK, I picked up my car maybe three weeks ago so it’s take me a while to write a review because I was so upset tried to calm myself down not to talk ugly here. I went there to drop off my car and was asking if I had a ride. I told him no I’d probably have to go to the train station Asked him if it was far from there. I had hail damage and collision work recently done on my 2020 Silverado Z71. Adam was great with handling all the insurance correspondence. He was also great dealing with my added request to do a chrome delete in the process. Looks like a completely different truck.
I brought my car to Grubbs Collision on a Thursday and was told it would be ready by the following Monday, with updates provided throughout the process. However, I ended up having to call several times myself just to get updates, as none were proactively given. In the end, I didn’t get my car back until Wednesday, two days later than promised.
