Friendly service tech, clean and easy to get into service bay.
Still waiting on the car I bought cash two days ago. This dealership brings dishonor to Acura brand. *Edit*: additionally I was sent away with only one key when the sells receipt clearly states my purchase comes with two.
Carl Dehls was amazing! He was honest, helpful, and never pressured me into anything I didn’t need. I came in for vehicle servicing, and the whole process went smoothly. The customer service Carl provided made me feel right at home. Definitely a 5 star experience!
I have not had any issues with the service here. Granted, I do have their service package for oil changes and such but the service reps have always been courteous and straightforward as far as timing and options of what I can/should do. They may offer additional services that are not crucial to do immediately but I haven't felt unnecessary pressure from any hard upsells.
