Kind and caring staff. They know me by name and are quick in getting you in and out of the office. I am coughing less and not loosing my voice any more. One of my best decisions to help improve my quality of life and breathing.

I have used Dr. Grubbe for about 3 years now, and I find him and all his staff professional, personable, and knowledgable! They get the job done and I would recommend him for asthma, allergy , & other respiratory problems.

First off we waited over 2 hours for our 1 year old to be seen. Then when I tried to pay my bill over the phone because there is no way to pay it with the statement other than send a check and I have an HSA card they charged a fee to my HSA account! Will never be back. You can't expect a 1 year old to sit and be quiet for over 2 hours- ESPECIALLY when we were the first patient on the schedule and arrived EARLY for our appointment!

Dr. Grubbe is a very nice person but his Office Manager needs to learn how to talk to and treat people. I was treated with disrespect and after I had driven to the office she refused to let me see him. Telling me I would need to reschedule over a past due balance of $3.00.

Rude staff,office manager,incompetent, the doctor needs to reevaluate his staff. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

I had more sinus infections while getting allergy shots then I do since I quit getting them.

Office manager called me a liar and was very rude. I called ahead of my appointment and was told no copay for my son's follow-up(reading lab results) and the office manager told me I must have dialed the wrong number when I called because her staff knows not to say that. But, yet the girl I spoke with pulled my son's information up in the computer and told me it was a follow-up appointment and what time the appointment was, so I will not be returning.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. They charged me a no show fee of $25 when I called and cancelled an appointment because I had pink eye. The business manager told me I should know that Dr. Grubbe treats pink eye, although I obtained a prescription from another physician had given me a prescription and I didn't want to share the infection. They also charged me a no show fee when I made an appointment at 10:45 a.m., and when I arrived, the rude lady at the front told me I was excessively late and that my appointment w... read more
