Grubb needs to listen to their neighbors and not just do what the city incentives provide for. We need a detailed plan of how the parking offsite requirements will be managed, for how long and who specifically will continue to manage it. Does the Seversville neighborhood receive a direct benefit when this plan is eventually breached by many renters parking on the streets? If not, Grubb needs to re-consider. EDIT : YEARS LATER BEFORE ANY TENANT HAS EVEN MOVED IN and CLAY AND TEAM IS ALREADY CHANGING THE SCRIPT. The NO CAR COMPLEX WILL NOW ALLOW CARS. How nice. Lies lies lies. Reply- they will provide evidence you say? What about the ones that dont disclose they own a car or what about the ones “borrowing” thier cousins car. Also they provide evidence they are utilizing the off site lot or garage? Where is there one near by for them? Oh theres not ONE!!! JSU. Nope cant park there.
