Both of my children had all 4 of their wisdom teeth removed. Both experiences were fantastic. The front office staff is helpful. They explained the process, submitted to my insurance, were polite, attentive and made it easy to schedule. The same day of procedure consultation process is efficient and answered all my questions. Mark Grubb and his team are phenomenal. They were friendly along the way, always worked fast and explained everything very well. I had four wisdom teeth removed, one of which was impacted. There were no complications regarding my surgery, and apart from the completely unpreventable pain from the surgery, the rest of the process was painless. What a great experience for a not so fun procedure! My son needed oral surgery (wisdom teeth) while away at school, in Bangor. From the initial consult to the finality of billing, the staff has been amazing! Thank you all for your speed, expertise, follow up, but most of all, your care for my son ❤️ I highly recommend this office!
Rudest receptionist ever……after talking to them twice they told me someone would call me back. I literally waited a month for a call back with the appointment. They told me they could get my daughter in with a July appointment. After calling to find out when they scheduled her for because I never did receive the call they told me it wouldn’t be until September.
