Really sad and disappointing experience. Appointment was scheduled incorrectly by the office, which happens, we all make mistakes. However, instead of staff or orthodontist accepting any portion of responsibility, instead they insinuated negative intentions on my side which was really disheartening when my daughter had been a patient there for several years.
