Rick was great to work with! He stayed on top of communication and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We had our roof, gutters, soffit and shutters replaced. The work crews were always on time and did a thorough job. When something minor was missed, Rick had the crew back out the next day to fix it- no hassle at all. I was able to reach out to GRT when getting quotes for a new roof. Todd reached out the same day and was able to send me an estimate. We were able to get scheduled the following week and a new roof. Todd was available to answer any additional questions I had and responded quickly even to calls and text. The crew worked quickly and efficiently.
