We had GRT out for a lengthy list of projects and they were here all day long- 10 hours + !! Wyatt and Joe were professional and did a wonderful job! Not once did they whip out a cell phone and they were conscientious about closing doors to keep our kitty safe. They worked on resetting a toilet, replaced two freeze faucets, installed a water pressure valve and new ball valves, relocated laundry lines, and rerouted plumbing for dishwasher and refrigerator. Wow! GRT for the win today!! Never do you want a call from your spouse asking how to turn the water off to the house because a pipe burst in the basement. But that’s what happened today 😩 after hanging up with her, i immediately called GRT… within 2 hours of calling GRT, they were not only onsite, but fixed the issue and gave some tips on how to prevent in the future.
