We had GRT out for a lengthy list of projects and they were here all day long- 10 hours + !! Wyatt and Joe were professional and did a wonderful job! Not once did they whip out a cell phone and they were conscientious about closing doors to keep our kitty safe. They worked on resetting a toilet, replaced two freeze faucets, installed a water pressure valve and new ball valves, relocated laundry lines, and rerouted plumbing for dishwasher and refrigerator. Wyatt and Joe came out quickly. They were friendly and professional. They fixed my leak and the cost was very reasonable! Will definitely use GRT plumbing in the future.
Wow! GRT for the win today!! Never do you want a call from your spouse asking how to turn the water off to the house because a pipe burst in the basement. But that’s what happened today 😩 after hanging up with her, i immediately called GRT… within 2 hours of calling GRT, they were not only onsite, but fixed the issue and gave some tips on how to prevent in the future.
