Working with GRT has been a very rewarding experience for me. I am always connected with some outstanding people. I spoke to Cassandra Polk today and she was outstanding and gave me excellent information. I had to send her some information and I was checking the status of my account, and she applauded me for almost completing the program ahead of time. That means so much to me knowing where I started and how fast I am coming to the end of our time together. Will always have MAJOR RESPECT for GRT and their employees.
Chantel Byers was extremely helpful today with my situation. She listened and advised I felt much better after speaking with her, I knew my needs would be taken care of!
I spoke with Cassandra Polk today regarding a letter I received and she was the greatest! She asked me to send it to her and she will send it to her supervisor. I cannot say enough about GRT FINANCIAL. They are actually about their word that they will get you out of debt. I have never felt so happy about dealing with this company. Recently, I inquired with Kristal, in Phase 2, about deferring a payment that was scheduled to be drafted on 7/15/21. According to my account status with GRT, she was able to add that payment to the end of my program. This is why individuals like Kristal and everyone at GRT, enable debt management relief to be a reality. They always strive to help ease your financial situation.
