To be totally honest I don't really like the service I have received from GRT with the exception of my phase one representative T***** and the very helpful young lady I spoke to today, P****** S******. I have spoken to several reps between T***** & P****** and they have all been less than helpful and sometimes rude; however today P****** took the time to email me the information I have been requesting and promised would be emailed to me by other reps, most recently J****** F***, who told P****** I never requested it.
