***** was so great. He explained everything to me. He told what the creditors had settled for and exactly where I was in the process. He told me pay off dates for 2 of my creditors. He was just awesome. I wish every customer service rep was like him. It was a very nice experience, especially now when it seems like everything is so topsy turbulent. Thank you again *****.

I cancelled my program with GRT Financial and I was told that I would get my money back it was ****** that they took out of my bank account I cancelled my program on May 2nd they took money out May 3rd of that money they returned I only received ***** dollars. I was told by numerous people when I called GRT that I would get my money back in 7 to 10 business days. She was so professional and she tried her utmost best every time to help me get answers to several questions I had. I signed up with GRT due to me retiring and not being able to know if I could afford my payments any more. Well... about 2 weeks after initial consulting and setting up I recieved a job offer making substantially more. I called to let them know I would not be needing the program and I would take care of my debts myself. They were understanding and very nice.
