My Grandma used this account and they are horrible to deal with. They are confusing and she showed me the paperwork. She is 80 years old and shouldn't have the stress of these people. They lie and told her things are paid and taken care of then she gets paperwork months later from the companies saying that she still owes and GRT never paid them. *********************** has been my latest litigation specialist and hes been spectacular in supporting my debt settlement. He helps me navigate my options and doesnt leave anything out. Because of him, I understand and respect the program so much more. I hope to kick the rest of my debt within a year and a few months. I have worked primarily with ******* and she has been fabulous. At the beginning of the process I naturally had some concerns but ******* took me through everything step by step and she never pressured me. I talked to a rep at a different company a few months ago but I didn't go ahead with that company precisely because I felt pressured and they wanted to move ahead so fast.
