I feel that *** is an extremely predatory company. I was extremely unhappy that Discover filed suit against me. But, *************************** as a litigation specialist was very helpful to me. I ended up settling with Discover on my own because if I paid the *** fees I would have owed more than the amount that I enrolled in the plan for Discover.

I had joined GRT In March of 2023. My credit score took a hit and within 3 months it started climbing back up. The ppl there are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and kind. I highly recommend using this company. I chose easy to manage 4 yr program and I really think, hope and pray that I will be finished sooner. They are great negotiators and Im happy with their service. Highly recommend??????????

I started the program in Nov 2022, it is now August 2023. **************** has been A1 since the beginning regarding any questions I had/have. So far, so good. Out of the five accounts, 2 have been settled. I am working to build up the fund to have the other three taken care of.
I requested a refund because GRT has not settled any of my accounts and its been seven months. I have deposited money to them totaled $3,366 ( six months). They refunded me with only $2,697. Their explanation was Legal Fees of $240 up front and $55/month for attorneys fees. They said it was on a contract (fine print) but before I signed up with GRT Financial
Very deceptive company. I was told several lies from the beginning by a very fast and continuous talker, was not given time to read the contract before signing it, and after I did sign it and then discovered the lies, I canceled within 24 hours. Even so, they took the full "savings account" amount out of my checking account (even though I denied permission within my cancellation email), it took them almost two weeks to give it back after I had to call and restate my cancellation demand, and even then, they kept over $300 of ... read more
